Privacy Policy

This explains what we collect when you book a bay or use this site, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do about it. We handle personal information under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173). We keep the list short on purpose — we only ask for what we need to get you into a bay.

What we collect

Your name, email address and mobile number, when you make a booking or sign in.
Your booking history — dates, bay, duration, number of players, any notes you add, and any promo code or voucher used.
A record of what you paid and how, which our payment partner passes back to us. We never receive your full card number or e-wallet credentials.
Purchases made at the counter, recorded in our point-of-sale system.
Basic technical information from your visit to this site — browser type, device, pages viewed — and cookies set by our website host and by embedded content.

How we use it

To confirm, hold, change and honour your booking, and to email you the confirmation and the six-digit sign-in code.
To fill in your details next time so you do not have to type them again.
To take payment and issue receipts.
To reach you if something changes — a fault, a closure, a slot we have had to move.
To understand how busy we are and how the site is used, so we can run the place better.

We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list just because you booked. If we ever start sending promotional messages, it will be because you opted in, and every message will carry a way out.

Payments

Online payments are processed by Xendit, which supports GCash, Maya, card and bank transfer. Your payment details are entered on Xendit’s systems, not ours. Xendit handles that information under its own privacy policy, and we receive only enough back to match the payment to your booking.

Who else sees it

Only the people and services that need to:

Our own crew and management, to run your booking and the venue.
Google, which hosts the booking system and the records behind it.
Xendit, for payments.
Our website host, for the site itself.
Anyone we are legally required to disclose to, such as tax authorities or law enforcement acting under proper authority.

Cookies and embedded content

This site uses cookies that keep it working and help us see, in aggregate, how it is being used. Some pages embed content from Instagram; when that loads, Instagram can set its own cookies and see that you visited the page, under its own policy rather than ours. You can block or clear cookies in your browser, though parts of the booking flow may stop working if you do.

How long we keep it

Booking and payment records are kept for as long as we need them to run the business and to meet Philippine tax and accounting requirements. Beyond that we delete or anonymise them. If you ask us to erase your details sooner, we will, except where we are required to keep a record.

How we protect it

Access to booking records is limited to accounts that need it and is protected by passwords and two-factor sign-in. Traffic between your browser and this site is encrypted. No system is perfect, but we take this seriously, and if something goes wrong in a way that puts you at risk we will tell you and the National Privacy Commission as the law requires.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act you can ask us to:

tell you what personal information we hold about you, and give you a copy;
correct anything that is wrong or out of date;
erase or block information that is outdated, unnecessary or unlawfully obtained;
object to a particular use of it;
hand your data to you or to another provider in a usable format.

Message us and we will action it within a reasonable time. If you are not happy with how we have handled it, you can complain to the National Privacy Commission.

Children

Bookings are made by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 directly; where a minor plays with us, the booking sits with the supervising adult.

Links to other sites

Where we link out — to Instagram, to our payment partner, to a map — those sites have their own privacy practices and we are not responsible for them. Have a read of theirs before handing over anything personal.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and move the date at the top.
